Every year I go to Makassar, I always stay here for 2-3 days. As usual in previous years, when I first started my stay... the staff were friendly, the lobby smelled nice... I loved it... it was comfortable... it always felt like home. The hotel lobby smells bad, the elevator is old and makes noises, it's rarely maintained, the hotel room smells, the windows are dusty and the pillowcases are dirty and smell of someone's hair, it seems like they haven't been changed, and the sheets are covered in dust and stains, and the sheets feel cold, it seems like they're reused and not replaced. Very disappointed.
