Every year I go to Makassar, I always stay here for 2-3 days. As usual in previous years, when I first started my stay... the staff were friendly, the lobby smelled nice... I loved it... it was comfortable... it always felt like home. Every time I wanted to go back, I always said to the room where I was staying, "See you again, okay?" hehe because I love it that much ❤️🤍

At check-in I submitted my ID card. My ID card was laminated. But when I returned, the lamination had come off. I should have asked for permission first if I wanted to remove the lamination to photocopy my ID card. Don't do that next time.

Non-smoking room but the bedroom smells of cigarette smoke, and there is an ashtray in the living room. The outside of the window is dirty so it is uncomfortable if the curtains are opened. There are also cracks in the wall. Improve the cleanliness of the room so that guests feel more at home.
