AC mati, air mati, wastafel rusak, tiang wastafelnya jamuran, malam pertama ga ada keset kamar mandi, kamar baru dibersihkan setelah diminta, alasannya tidak ada kunci kamar (kalau kunci yang dipegang tamu hilang, terus gimana?). Tidak ada gesture menyampaikan informasi mengenai kendala fasilitas ataupun permintaan maaf yang patut.

Check-in prices do not match, and without breakfast. The bathroom is a lot. Room windows are not soundproof. The main roadside hotel rooms for 2 and 4 wheeled vehicles sound noisy.

I once booked a room at Rizki hotel a few weeks ago through the app, type of business but after I checked in it turned out the room was non AC, and information from the hotel said that the application was changed to an online agent, so there was an increase in money for a jasmine class hotel too big.

Clean rooms, friendly service, but no food. So get ready to take food from outside. All good facilities. Can breakfast can choose fried rice or toast. No towel. So you have to bring your own towel. Cleanliness is okay.

It was ok for the price. The room and bathroom is clean and has hot water. The air conditioning and TV worked well. You have too choose toast or fried rice for breakfast, but there are many places to buy food within walking distance. Acceptable for a short stay. Slight issue with ants, but easily avoidable by not leaving any food in an open container. The windows are also very thin, so sounds from the traffic is loud. I sleep with earplugs so this wasn't a problem, but others might find it problematic.
