Wow... the hotel was surprising. Lots of ants. We paid 700 thousand rupiah for 3 rooms for 2 nights. Well... there was no refrigerator, no telephone. This is the first time I've been in a hotel without a telephone in years. And of course there were no bellboys. You have to carry your own suitcase to the floor.

Great hotel to be if you want to stay at Balige, walking distance from Bulbul Beach, and great ambiance. The food is decent, and the parking space is spacious. One thing to be improved is the hot water availability. Other than that, it was a great exp.

This hotel location was 800 meters from main road, but the road to hotel was already paved. It was in front of lake Toba. Just don't miss the morning glory, you will find the country style tranquility. Staffs were very kind but unfortunately they missed checking my booking that I didn't have rooms as I booked. Hot water was not working although they politely convinced me that they have checked it several times. Other than that, the room was quite comfortable and clean.
