The staff was very friendly and tried to help in every situation. It's totally family-friendly and in a quiet area of Lembongan. The beach is around 15 minutes by pickup taxi away (on bad roads), but we loved this kind of transportation. It's for me and my husband's holiday. Best decision to choose a hotel with the best location near Cristal Bay, Kelingking Beach, Tembeling Beach, and Broken Beach (around 30-45 minutes). The place is clean, the staffs were super friendly and were able to accommodate my requests since day 1. The view was great as we are on top of a hill, but you might want to rent either a bike or a car to go around places from this place. Hot showers works, WiFi is great (not common when you're in Penida as of my experience), and phone signals were great too. If there is any feedback, that would be for the food. But overall experience was great!
