On the window trellis there is a lot of rat droppings. And the remote led TV doesn't work. The bathroom is too cramped. The service is not steady, too indifferent to the customer?

Pengelola ramah dan sikapnya baik dalam menyambut tapi. Saya dapat harga standar di aplikasi tapi pas di penginapan kamarnya pada kosong di minta untuk upgrade dengan tambahan biaya, tapi biasanya hotel lain itu upgrade kamar langsung tapi biaya. Di kamar tidak ada air mineral, air panas. Alat mandi. Sabun, sikat gigi, dan dan lain-lain untuk harga Rp. 325.000/malam. Semoga kedepanya bisa dikelola lebih profesioanl lagi. Dan bisa para wisatawan lebih betah di wisata dan hotel di Kerinci. Tidak tersedia sarapan.
