Too bad the stay was not memorable. The room floor was dirty, the TV was broken (eventually replaced), the furniture in the room looked unclean & poorly maintained (dusty), even the hotel hallway was like that, the bathroom was flooded, I don't know why there was always a puddle of water under the toilet. Additional: empty shampoo bottles. My conclusion, not well prepared even though I booked it H-1.

The intention was to immediately rest when we arrived at the hotel, but we were asked for a refund on the grounds that the rooms were full. How could that be, we had already paid and received a booking code. When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms were full. This is the result of looking for another hotel 🙃.
