I've stayed here 3 times and I always love it ❤️. Just a short walk away and you're already in Blok M 😂☝🏻. Easy access to everything. The staff from the front security to the reception are all friendly 👍. The breakfast is delicious. M Hotel Jakarta is always the best.

The location is great, close to the mosque and restaurants. Coffee with its machine is available morning and afternoon. Have 2 pillows for everyone. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

Location is excellent, it's near everywhere in Blok M, the hottest hotspot in town! Service is amazing, you get free parking and free flow coffee from the coffee machine at particular times! Really love staying here

I am very disappointed, since 2 am I have heard very loud noises and rough work from downstairs, no respect for the people who are staying. I have called the receptionist twice to confirm about it but there was no change until 4:40 I still heard the same noise. Sounds like throwing things or whatever it is in a bad way or cleaning up, the point is it is very disturbing comfort and can not rest and sleep. A hotel is a place to stop and rest, we should pay for comfort. From the beginning I also upgraded my room so I could rest and sleep comfortably, but it was useless I paid. In the end, I can't sleep until now at 4:45. Where is the manager, please fix it, imagine if you were in my position, tired, want to rest and have paid, but even can not rest and I want a refund for my booking the next night. Thank you.

A two-night stay here is very affordable, with friendly staff, clean rooms, a varied breakfast, and complete amenities. The downside is the noise of Blok M, which can still be heard in the hotel when it's busy.
