It's really comfortable to stay here even if it's only for a short time, it's really close if you want to go to Kesawan or the nearest culinary places, the rooms are also clean, the staff service is also really good, friendly and kind, even though you've checked out you can still store your suitcase because you want to travel 🥹❤️

It's perfect for those looking for a staycation in downtown Medan. It's walking distance to the train station, Kesawan area, fish market, Podomoro, and Merdeka Square. If you want to order a Grab, the parking area is spacious, safe, and easy to access. The executive room is spacious, clean, and the room service is responsive, with towels and amenities changed daily. Hopefully, M Hotel will maintain its quality :) It was a great stay there.

The room was clean but a bit noisy due to its location on a main road. The hot water worked well. Unfortunately, there's no YouTube on the TV. A deposit of Rp 200,000 per room is required, which is refunded upon checkout.

Manda and Robin were very friendly. There's just one thing I want to tell you: there are ants all over the headboard. If you're not careful, you might get them in your ears. Yesterday, we had room 301. Overall, everything was fine. My nephew and I often stay there. Thank you.
