It was an unforgettable birthday weekend at Mara river safari, love the services, great birthday cake slice surprise! Free & yummy tiramisu!! love the rooms over looking zebras and other animal from our windows, great facilities, abundance breakfast buffet, include entrance in the safari park & 2 swimming pools to choose, we took night safari for the kids, feeding wild animals included. Got photos on the other phone, overall recommended to bring kids for staycation.

The kids love there. The hotel has a very unique concept, right in front of the room, we could feed the animals and at breakfast, we could watch the lions.

It's nice to stay here, we can free upgrade rooms, eat good, clean rooms, friendly staff, good show2nya all, help look for taxi to airport, and surely my son is very happy here. 2 days stay here feels less.

The.reason to stay here was for the balcony view of the animals. My kids were super excited to feed the animal from the balcony. Overall room was clean, but do expect critters during your stay. As this is an outdoor resort, they will be bugs, lizard that might make their way into your room.w However, you can always call the hotel staff to remove the lizards.

Overall, our stay was good. Food at the hotel was good quality, but not as great as some of the other places in Bali for the same money. Rooms were clean on the surface, but could use a deep clean and a bit of a renovation in some spots since they are showing signs of wear and tear.

This was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend going here! The staff and service were excellent! Our room was lovely. Food was great! We loved the animals and the shows. We did the premium night safari and we did the feeding of the meerkats! ! It was amazing!

The staff at this property made this place amazing to be at, everyone was very friendly and helpful and hospitable. The dining was great, I would only stay here if I returned to Bali and willl recommend this place to everyone I know who go is planning to visit.
