An incredibly memorable stay. Starting with the friendliness of the owner and staff. Early check-in is allowed. Clean rooms and complete room facilities. There is a free extra bed. Cooking equipment (gas stove, rice cooker, frying pan, etc.) and complete tableware are provided. Gallon water and a refrigerator are provided. So you can cook for yourself and to buy groceries, there are grocery and vegetable stalls in front of the hotel. If you want to cook seafood, just buy fresh fish, squid, and shrimp sold in the beach area behind the hotel at quite affordable prices. If you want to buy cooked food, there are many choices in front of the hotel: a fish soup restaurant, Padang food stalls, uduk rice, gado-gado, ketoprak, porridge, there is a delicious and affordable Pondok Ikan Bakar BM about 200 meters from the hotel. There is delicious dawet ice (cart) in front of the hotel (next to Alfamart). And there are many more. The view from condominium room no. 6630 is really great. From the balcony the view directly to the pool and beach. And the sunset view is the best, the beach area behind the hotel has a direct view of the sunset. The kids also really enjoyed it because there is a playground and a large and clean swimming pool. To get to the beach, just walk a short distance. The beach is wide and white sand. For parents, there are facilities such as tennis courts, badminton courts, karaoke, and billiards. Every afternoon there is live music near the pool and beach area. My family stayed here for three nights and never got bored. The kids didn't want to go home because they were too comfortable and still felt unsatisfied. 😁 This accommodation is definitely on my family's favorite list. Next time, I will come here again. Thank you to the owner for the hospitality, room facilities and recommendations for places to eat and the surrounding area... 🙏

1. There is a mini kitchen, so you can cook without having to go out to find a restaurant. 2. Extra bed provided, clean so just relax. 3. TV is okay, not that many channels. 4. There is a bathtub, good for soaking. 5. Bathroom amenities are also provided according to the owner, only liquid shampoo and towels. 6. The water heater is a bit lacking, but it's okay. 7. The view from the balcony is okay. 8. The owner and staff have good communication, always helpful and provide information.

The condo owner is very friendly & informative. The view from the room is very beautiful, directly facing the pool & sea. The pool & beach facilities make families feel at home on vacation here. The location is easy to find. There is a direct access door to the beach & snacks on the beach are quite affordable

Marbella is a probably very old building, so don't expect a luxury condo look at first place. Despite that, the room provides all necessities: kitchen+utensils, extra bed, drinking water dispenser, bath tub, ward robe, pillows, and bolsters. The room was clean and not smelly. The TV has no channel, but you can bring your own device like PS5 and plug in the HDMI. AC works good. There is no hot water for shower, but they provide water boiler and water bucket. The owner was very friendly. Free parking for the entire stay. The pool was clean, view was great, and it has direct access to beach. There are a lot of sellers on beach though that may hinder your experience. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I think the only lack is Wi-Fi access.

The room had been ready at 12.30, cleaned right after the previous guest checked out. Easy check in. The property is in the same building as the hotel, so facilities such as the lobby, kid’s zone, swimming pool, beach access, and room size are the same as those of the hotel. The owners are very informative and respond quickly to address any issues. The room was clean, smelled nice, and had a balcony with a sea view. Things that could be improved: the TV signal was not good. No Wi-Fi. The building is old, so don’t be surprised if some items are a bit worn, but overall it’s still acceptable. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you, Mr. Dewo and Mrs. Komang.

Plus: complete facilities. Can cook and there is a vegetable stall in front of the hotel. The atmosphere is cool. The check-in process is easy, the staff and owner are informative and fast responsive. The minus is the TV picture is not clear, the kitchen cupboard will be repaired soon. Hopefully next time it can be better.
