Improve the hotel's agreement with Traveloka, if possible, to accommodate guests who accidentally click the wrong button, for example, by rescheduling or refunding their booking. Travel to Bima doesn't always have to be a fixed date and time, sometimes work can be completed earlier or extended. Please be aware. Why doesn't the Duluxe class on the 6th floor have a mini-fridge, unlike the same class without a balcony on the 3rd floor that does, even though the price on the 6th floor is more expensive.

This was our second stay here. We didn't arrive until after midnight from the ferry and check-in was smooth and efficient. Location is away from the noise of the city. There are several places to eat dinner nearby, warungs along the seafront, and restaurants. Excellent hotel.

Check in and check out were easy and fast. Unfortunately, when we stayed, the swimming pool was under renovation, so the kids were disappointed. If only they could inform us in advance via the app/private message. The room was okay, but a bit unclean plus there were tomcat insects (luckily the kids didn't get them). The water in the shower was also not hot, after complaining, thank God the staff was quick to send room service, they said it was because the hotel was busy (coincidentally, there were artists from the capital who came on vacation with their motorbike gang). Finally, hopefully in the future there will be more choices of TV channels, it's boring to see the same channels.

good service' clean room facilities' only view happened to get a room that was right above the parking lot so I didn't see the beach view. the restaurant is only available for breakfast. but next to the hotel there is a restaurant that provides various dishes. also provides delivery to the airport... only 15 minutes from the hotel.
