The restaurant staff were awful. We asked for a bread refill and they didn't get it, even though it was still 8 o'clock. They whispered and stared at us while laughing. No manners, need more training. Everyone else was fine. I booked 6 rooms plus an extra bed, so it's understandable that we were crowded. We're a big family, so stop looking down on us.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The location is strategic, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

Improve the hotel's agreement with Traveloka, if possible, to accommodate guests who accidentally click the wrong button, for example, by rescheduling or refunding their booking. Travel to Bima doesn't always have to be a fixed date and time, sometimes work can be completed earlier or extended. Please be aware. Why doesn't the Duluxe class on the 6th floor have a mini-fridge, unlike the same class without a balcony on the 3rd floor that does, even though the price on the 6th floor is more expensive.

This was our second stay here. We didn't arrive until after midnight from the ferry and check-in was smooth and efficient. Location is away from the noise of the city. There are several places to eat dinner nearby, warungs along the seafront, and restaurants. Excellent hotel.
