The swimming pool is on the rooftop with a very beautiful view, lined with the GWK statue, so you can swim while seeing the view of Bali from above.

This building needs renovation, the AC is leaking a bit, the poolside board area needs a lot of repair, it's too dangerous if it hits your feet, in the children's pool, much of the floor is loose, quite sharp and can cause injury, the cleanliness of the rooms also needs to be improved, there are still spider webs in several places. Overall, it's still okay, the staff is also friendly. It would be a shame if this building is not maintained, even though it has the potential to be better.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all and kept talking even when the guest was still talking. The bathroom was even worse. The soap was empty. The internet was okay.

The rooms need some renovation, as the walls and toilets need new ones. The towels are sometimes clean, but sometimes they're not fit for use (brown). Otherwise, the service is okay.

all staff are very friendly, quickrespon. but the bathroom was dirty specially at the shower area. and also the bed area at the head board so dusty. towels also need to replace. it's very yellowish. not good for the guest. one more thing, i was go out in the morning and coming back at 16.00 but no body clean our room. i think the service need to increase. thank you

The reception staff was friendly and provided good service. However, when we went to the rooftop, the staff wasn't very welcoming, perhaps because it was near closing time, or maybe they couldn't hear me, but I called several times without any response. The cleanliness of the rooms and towels could be improved. The parking area isn't very spacious.

The hotel really needs some repairs. The curtains look like it has been hanging there for months and unwashed. The bathroom has a bunch of mold that needs serious scrubbing. There are also black ants that stayed with me for free.
