The hotel's location is very strategic and quite close to GWK. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all customer needs. The room was clean and comfortable, but the towels were a little stained.

Highly recommended for a staycation at Hotel MaxOne Jimbaran, its strategic location and proximity to the city makes it easy to go anywhere.

I've been a regular here, to the point where the staff recognizes me. If you're in the Uluwatu area, I'll definitely choose this place.

The staff always greets you in a friendly manner. When there's a problem, they respond quickly.

The receptionists are friendly, always smiling, and greet you every time you pass by. The breakfast is delicious. You can also request a hairdryer. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and quiet. Hopefully, this will continue to be consistent. The only thing that needs improvement is the AC and shower, and the animal odor on the first floor near the fountain where breakfast/dining is served.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are okay, the breakfast menu has many choices, there is no white rice, it is provided immediately... Great.

The place is nice, but the room was a bit stuffy when we first arrived, but it was okay for relieving fatigue. Breakfast was also provided.

Nice view, clean and comfortable room

The swimming pool is on the rooftop with a very beautiful view, lined with the GWK statue, so you can swim while seeing the view of Bali from above.

This building needs renovation, the AC is leaking a bit, the poolside board area needs a lot of repair, it's too dangerous if it hits your feet, in the children's pool, much of the floor is loose, quite sharp and can cause injury, the cleanliness of the rooms also needs to be improved, there are still spider webs in several places. Overall, it's still okay, the staff is also friendly. It would be a shame if this building is not maintained, even though it has the potential to be better.
