The hotel has cockroaches, asked for a non-smoking room but had a smoking room, dirty sheets, lots of hair like it wasn't cleaned by the cleaning service, the quality should be improved, we didn't end up staying at this hotel, even though the security staff and receptionist were friendly. Thank you.

2 stays given the same room #303. But the second time I stayed, the linen was very dirty, it was okay to ask for a change even though I didn't have HK to change myself. Check in at 12 pm reception no one, ask the valet and security people try to find but don't know where. Wait and finally the reception appears. Asked for a late check out at 1 am told to pay 50,000 haha, that's really it, really bad luck staying the second time.

Kamarnya bagus luas & ada bathtub nya juga. Tapi saya tetap mau kasih saran untuk kamar 517. 1. Pembuangan air di lantai mampet, airnya menggenang. 2. Tutup bathtub ga bisa rapet jadi saya akalin pake bubble wrap biar bisa penuh airnya. 3. WC harus sering disikat soalnya banyak lumut bening. 4. Colokan sebelah kaca kamar mandi tidak berfungsi

"Tidak seburuk seperti apa yang rating-rating rendah katakan". Staffnya ramah, kamar luas, harga segini dapet bathub, kulkas, lemari banyak hangernya, pokoknya saya dibuat nyaman lah. Memang, ada beberapa catatan yang seharusnya lebih diperhatikan. Pertama saya memasuki kamar, AC dalam kondisi mati. Saya langsung mengerti bahwa kamar ini termasuk smoking room, agak terasa kurang nyaman untuk menghirup nafas dalam-dalam, secara di kamar tersebut juga disediakan asbak. Padahal, saya merasa sudah memesan yang non-smoking room. Tetapi, jalan keluar dari masalah ini bisa saya tuntaskan dengan cara saya nyalakan AC dengan suhu paling rendah, saya semprotkan parfum ke bagian-bagian tertentu ruangan, lalu saya pergi keluar hotel untuk jalan-jalan sebentar sembari mencari makanan. Bau makanan juga membantu untuk menghilangkan hawa 'pengap ruangan merokok' tadi. Intinya, AC harus selalu nyala dari awal masuk kamar maupun ketika berpergian (kecuali ketika mau check out). Lalu, saya menemukan 1 ekor kecoa kecil di kamar mandi, berjalan di dinding dari bolongan di langit-langit kamar mandi. Segera saya basmi dan setelah itu tidak lagi saya kedapatan melihat hewan apapun. Yang terakhir, selimut kasurnya bersih, bantalnya juga, tetapi sudah lusuh atau warna putihnya sudah menguning, semoga ke depannya bisa diperhatikan lebih detail lagi terkait masalah-masalah di atas. Selebihnya dari itu, puas-puas aja kok.

Bersih kok, walau hotel lama. Enak, gak berisik suara kereta. Cuma sabunnya hanya ada di atas bathtub ya. Jadi pas cuci tangan mesti nyamping dulu. Selebihnya bersih. Itu yang penting. Tapi tengah malam kok tiba-tiba bau asap rokok ya. Mungkin karena dikasih smoking room. Jadi tengah malam ada pengap gitu. Lain kali kalau bisa pesen non smoking room
