Very nice landlord and a very clean room with a nice view. Has a living room and separate bedroom, and also a full sized fridge to store all your goodies.

It's funny story i didn't smoke in room, and the owner of room 5018 accused i did and they don't wanna give it back deposit. for all guest be careful it's fraud name of owner seriati situmeang. It's really disappointed. I wanna make sure not gonna happen for others people.

Room at Tower C. Good sea view. Ample space for two. Tried the gym and pool at Tower A. Below is a shopping center, although not much options for food, there are nearby food options along the main road. A deposit is required and refundable after the stay, so prepare cash during check in.

Very few food options in the surroundings. Only a few shops left in the mall nearby. No hair dryer provided. The pillow was too high and hard.

The staff was rude, we had requested check-in at 10 a.m. long ago, but on the day of check-in, they said the place was full, even though they had already selected the check-in button.

The AC at 06-15 is terrible. The room is hot, even though the AC is on all day, it doesn't get cold. There are cockroaches everywhere.

Location In tower 1. Facilities = When there is a problem with the room facilities (TV does not turn on), must go down to the ground floor (reception desk) to provide feedback/complaints. When feedback has been given, it is not immediately handled. Motorcycle parking is too far at the end, when you find a room in tower 1. Maybe there needs to be an additional special slipper provided in the room.
