Super strategic location, exactly behind the plaza BII tower 3, near sarinah and super close to sari bundo padang resto and also kokuo reflexology timor. Yet it is a quite and cozy environment. Super eazy to get street food which scattered around the hotels. The room is clean and cozy, TV cable channel's is good, shower and hot water and AC runs well, toilet is clean, towels, slippers, coffee and tea and electric kettle are available. The price is so affordable compare to every facility in the room. Will comeback for sure.

My rights as a consumer are lost here, even though I clearly contacted Traveloka before this check at 11.24 WIB on October 31, 2024 to make a Refund at this Hotel, I have admitted my mistake, I have also said okay when a 10% deduction was made but what would have thought was that I complained on October 31 and only got an email response on November 2, 2024 which turned out to be the same answer, I am very disappointed with this, because I have to return the office money because of my mistake without any other policy from the hotel

Landing in Jakarta at 10pm. Arrived at the guest house at 11. Njirr was padlocked by viewers😂😂😂 turns out it was padlocked at 9pm so guests couldn't leave🤣🤣. Please judge for yourself. What's the story about renting a room? At night we were locked up😂 even though the room was okay, you know. Very comfortable. But sis, don't lock us guests out at night🤣

Not anymore. This is a boarding house where the entrance is locked at 9pm haha. The building feels like a hospital room, not as expected. It's also difficult to find the building, because there is no sign.

Tidak ada sarapan seperti yang tertulis, padahal yang saya booking include breakfast :( Dapat kamar di lantai 4 untuk standard room dan tidak ada lift harus pakai tangga :(, untung gak bawa berat-berat. Mending yang lainlah sama-sama kurang lebih bayar 350 ribu, di hotel lain dapat sarapan.

During the pandemic, I am worried about traveling far. But I had to go to Jakarta for treatment. Staying at Menteng House makes me comfortable because the inn is clean and runs health protocols. the clerk is always ready to help if you go to jkt, I will stay again at Menteng House.

Mrs. Enny, my reason for visiting again is another opportunity. I am allergic to dust, so sneeze continuously. Ask for a little time to spray mosquito repellent so that the residents are comfortable.

Not worth the price. Maybe because of its strategic location so the price is rather expensive. I would like to be able to request a place on the floor. 2. when checking in, he said that the 2nd floor was fully booked, then the next time he extended, he wanted to move up to the second and third floor, for monthly rent. Many channels are locked, the facilities are all okay and clean, but unfortunately the bathroom has no door. Hah hya for a long rent, housekeeping only until 12 noon. The rest did not receive clean rooms. okay security, just no parking area for those staying overnight.

Have stayed 3 times in this place for a break. Very close to the fruit of my customers and of course near the city center. In the city center, so the rate is OK, but without breakfast. but don't worry, there are many food sellers around the location of the inn. Close to Sarinah, GI, PI and Sabang etc. Even though it's in the middle of the city, this place is very quiet. By the way, for standard standards, you can't flip it, so you don't have it. All rooms have large refrigerators. There is no elevator, so congratulations for those who can get a room on the 3rd floor 😁 Mother who looks after Menteng House is good
