The hotel is close to Bandung Train Station. The room is excellent and comfortable. The breakfast spread is excellent. Hotel amenities are complete with a mosque for the comfort of religious responsibility. The infinity pool overlooked the legendary Bandung Agung Mosque. Street food at Jalan Lengkong Kecil is fantastic. Front desk staffs are all very efficient. I love Indonesian hospitality.

Masya Allah Tabarakallah, staying here gets a free upgrade to a Suite Room, all the staff are also friendly, fast response and very helpful, the location is also strategic so you can find quite a lot of food around the hotel, the facilities are also quite complete and kids friendly, a recommended hotel for those who want a staycation in Bandung.

The hotel staff is friendly, the strategic location as the name suggests is in the center of Bandung, not far from the town square and Braga can be reached on foot, the infinity pool is quite spacious, the breakfast is varied and tastes delicious.

it was wonderful moments, stay 2 nights in mercure bandung city center with family I have often stayed at hotels in the accor chain, never disappointing. I booked 2 rooms, deluxe twin and double type, the comfortable room atmosphere makes you feel at home in the room, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room refrigerator is not cold, immediately replaced with a new one. swimming pool with a nice view

The hotel is great, all the staff are very friendly, really very friendly. Thank you so much! I think the only thing lacking is the variety of the breakfast menu because for a 4-star class, the menu at MBCC is too limited. Hopefully there will be improvements in the breakfast.

Staff are very friendly even offering me coffee on breakfast session on the 1st floor, the breakfast is having wide variety of food I don't often see thus in other hotel like seblak and bubur manis including kolak pisang. The room is tidy and clean, the window is big and the interior is impressive for this price tag. the problem in my room is the drainage in the bathroom didn't functioning well, and my colleague's room having some electricity outage during the stay. The experience is not perfect but I'm pleased to stay here again anytime in the future, fix some of the problem here would perfect the staying experiences

Entry is limited to one car because the road is used for two-lane parallel parking, resulting in long queues stretching all the way to the street as cars had to exit. Some guests even had to get off at the curb. The security guards were not very efficient and tended to be unfriendly. The carpet in front of the rooms on the 8th floor had many uneven areas (sinking). The food on the 15th floor took a long time to be served, and the salad I ordered was no longer fresh.
