The hotel has been around for a while. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because the rooms were full, but I was promised a room the next day. There were lots of small cockroaches, so I asked to be moved. The breakfast food was not tasty and lacked variety.

It's a shame, it should have been a good experience here. But what really made me angry was that the room's AC wasn't cold at all even though it was at its coldest temperature. I tried to complain, but they only checked and said they would move rooms, but until checkout there was no follow up at all.

Entering the room that was given, I was immediately greeted by 3 cockroaches. Before making the reservation, I had called to make sure if there was a buffer sahur, they answered that the sahur was a buffet during the month of Ramadan, but it turned out that it was the same, the sahur was changed to in the room. I had ordered juice, they said that they would deliver whatever juice was available, I couldn't choose, but it turned out that during sahur, they didn't provide juice.

The drinking bottle was dusty, the tissue when asked for a refill was said to be out of stock. The pool also looks neglected, there is moss and it is not clean, even the jacuzzi has been closed since covid? 🫠 The staff is friendly Oh yeah, it turns out the parking lot is quite far away so if it rains heavily it's a headache what to do, because the parking lot is outdoor and you have to walk first to get to the hotel lobby
