All the facilities are really cool, the reception service is friendly and professional, all complaints are assisted, including Mr. Black Coat who helps me when I have an application complaint he can handle it. Thanks a lot for the help. Very satisfied. Please maintain it, raise the salary 😂🤣 make the sustenance smooth. Oh yes, all the friendly and very professional members will become regular customers to Padang now.

Family vacation rooms are very comfortable, clean, nice view. Great breakfast, big swimming pool. You can walk to the seaside in the afternoon enjoying the waves while relaxing while having a snack.

Hotel bagus, kamar besar, makanan lumayan enak dan lengkap, fasilitas hotel oke, kolam renang oke, anak-anak nyaman dan enjoy. Kami pesan 3 kamar, dengan 2 kamar dengan connecting door, 1 kamar smoking untuk adik saya. Awal dapat kamar 352 AC nya rusak, sudah diperbaiki nunggu 30 menit AC tetap panas, hotel bilang semua kamar smoking penuh dan mau dipindah ke kamar non smoking. Saya protes karena sudah book yang smoking. Dan AC rusak adalah kesalahan hotel, Setelah menunggu 30 menit baru disampaikan reception bahwa bisa pindah ke kamar 322. Mungkin hotel keberatan membuka kamar 322 karena view laut ya? Ini menjadi pengalaman yang cukup menyebalkan, hotel bohong katanya tidak ada kamar smoking lagi, ternyata masih ada. Jadi gak berminat mau kasih bintang 5.
