The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was not very clean, and the bathroom reeked of urine. In the deluxe room, the blanket and sheets were not replaced even though they were dirty, even though they were booked for two nights. There was no telephone, so we had to go back and forth to the front desk to complain. This should have been fixed.

I stayed at MIC Residence and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities were also quite helpful, especially the in-room refrigerator, which made it easy to store food and drinks during my stay.
