The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was not very clean, and the bathroom reeked of urine. In the deluxe room, the blanket and sheets were not replaced even though they were dirty, even though they were booked for two nights. There was no telephone, so we had to go back and forth to the front desk to complain. This should have been fixed.

I stayed at MIC Residence and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities were also quite helpful, especially the in-room refrigerator, which made it easy to store food and drinks during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was also smooth, making it perfect for working and communicating online. Overall, this place offers good comfort for both short and multi-day stays.

The staff is great, they don't ask you to put on makeup, but they still clean it. They even give you new toiletries even though they already have them. Just a little suggestion, even if it's a deluxe/traveler room, you should replace the mattress. The foam isn't firm anymore... it hurts your back.
