Never bored and always great to stay here. Great place with a great room and great price for staycation or long holiday. The services are great! Everything inside the room works perfectly. The wifi, fridge, hot water, AC and tv. Will be back to this place really often

At 1:30 a.m., people were sleeping, and the staff was fixing the bathroom next door, knocking constantly, and it was very disturbing. When I was packing up and checking out, I couldn't find my headphones. I asked the staff, but no one knew.

This place is strategic for those who have events around SCBD, Senayan, Senopati & surrounding areas. Yesterday I chose a standard room (the cheapest & only 1 room, on the ground floor next to the garage), there is a refrigerator, queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table.. it's okay in terms of facilities, unfortunately the bathroom is very small & there is no jetspray. When I arrived, I had to think a bit when I wanted to flush & c*b*k because the water valve was turned off hahaha if you don't understand bathroom water matters you might be confused.. but overall, the room is okay for resting, sleeping & taking a shower.

I only liked the check-in and check-out times. The rest could probably be improved. 1. The room door still has a key system, and when other guests close the door, it's very noisy, like they're slamming it. 2. Guests with children find it uncomfortable. 3. Other guests often shift chairs, making them very audible due to the poor soundproofing. 4. The water seems very stingy with it. Even the sink is small, so it's not enough for washing, and showering takes a long time.

When we entered, we were hit with a terrible smell, not one of mildew or dust, but a possible leak, or at least it smelt that way. There was a dead cockroach, the bathroom door was broken and had no lock. Within the first few seconds we entered, we found that water (? or we assumed) was all over the table. Nevertheless, the administration was responsive and cooperative, and there was a sufficient number of pillows and water bottles.

The staff is very nice. Parking is spacious and very easy. The location is easy to find and very strategic in the city center. The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. There is another table for storing things, the refrigerator is big, the AC is cold and steady. Good, no complaints. Only one thing, in room 308, the water flow in the bathroom is very hampered. The cold water in the shower comes out small, but if you switch to hot water, the flow is large. But it's impossible to take a shower with water as hot as boiled water. Then, the water to flush the toilet takes a long time to fill. Amazingly, the water from the spray tap comes out quite strong. I was confused yesterday when I answered nature's call, oh how is this flushing hehe. When I was checking out, I forgot something at the front desk, the thin guy with glasses called me and told me that something was missing. We went back again. Wow, the people service is really great!

i think the staff must be more friendly and the cleanliness is a very big concern. there’s about 5-6 cockroach i saw on parking area, 1st floor toilet and lobby.
