the cleanliness is very good, I usually if it's not clean it will itch so I always bring my own sheets and blankets, I also bring my own hairdryer, it turns out all of them are not used .. the bed is clean no itching there is a hairdryer too, hot water is good, shampoo and soap are also good not itchy .. good location there is a gym and pool .. awesome to workout can swim too, gym equipment although not complete but enough for those who like to gym, the cleanliness is very good for a 3 star hotel, good facilities TV is already smart TV, wifi is also good, the staff are friendly and very informative, security is also friendly .. highly recommended .. if I go to Gading Serpong I will stay at this hotel again .. I stayed for 3 days and everything was good, Thank you Model J hotel 🙏

It was a comfortable stay. The room is clean with perfect temperature. The bathroom is equipped with good quality furniture. The suite room is really spacious and great for family.

Came across this hotel when I was looking for hotel to stay with my family. The hotel lobby is located on the parking area on 3rd floor, easy to find our way. Upon check-in, Wina assisted us, she was very friendly and welcoming. The best part, we got an upgrade! The room was SPACIOUS with 2 bedroom, just right for our family! My son and daughter were very excited when they saw the decoration done on the glass, really appreciate the touch and creativity. They also have 2 big pools, definitely my children are excited. While they enjoy the pool, I can take my time to the gym which is just next to the pool. The room does not include breakfast, but if you are enrolled as their betterwood member, you will get complimentary light breakfast, another surprise we dont expect. The breakfast selection is enough for me, Arief was very proactive in offering me to make bread toast, jam with butter, explaining traditional Indonesia snacks. Their coffee taste great too, something you need to try. For members too you get to enjoy 1 free coffee every day, at anytime of the day you would like. The overall experience is just wonderful! I would definitely come back again and recommend Model J to my friends

The room was so spacious! Very clean, great Wi-Fi, and the AC and TV worked fine. The staff was nice. We got a free breakfast for downloading their app; it's only eggs and toast, but very nice since it's free! The lobby was a little smelly, though (kind of a smell from the mop), but oh well. I will come again

The room is spacious, perfect for those with kids and a lot of luggage. Breakfast isn't included, but it's comfortable. The downside is that parking is a bit tricky because it's part of the same mall and apartment complex. We got lost going down the elevator.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel, large rooms, spacious bathrooms, easy access, and plenty of dining options nearby.
However, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, often dropping out and dropping out on the upper floors.
However, it didn't detract from the comfort of my stay at this hotel.
I'll be back to try the Suite.

There was no first aid kit, when the balcony door couldn't be opened, the person who helped fix it didn't take off his shoes, he went in wearing his shoes.

Citylight never goes wrong! The hotel has only been operating for four months! It needs more to learn. It seems like the concept is like an AI-based hotel. But... I think the hospitality industry needs more people so that customers really feel served.

I like the room and the location, there is only 1 drawback... the elevator takes a long time to go up and down and security is a bit worrying because even non-hotel guests can use the elevator... or maybe not all floors are hotel rooms.

As a newly opened hotel, this hotel promises to provide comfort and sophisticated, comprehensive facilities for its guests. The hotel utilizes AI features to serve its guests.
As a small note, my room didn't have a QR code to access the AI feature, so I had to go back to the front desk to contact room service. Another point of note concerns the receptionist's request to take a photo of your phone to prove you're registered with the hotel app. This was actually done by the receptionist upon check-in. However, when we were about to have breakfast, we were asked to do the same thing again. It would have been better if this had been done at check-in, so the hotel could have recorded it on a single server so that subsequent staff wouldn't have to do the same thing.
Improvements need to be continuously made to make guests feel more comfortable and comfortable while doing various activities at this hotel.
