City view room is kinda dead, better book the normal room

Such a proper accommodation compared to its rate, it was enjoyable and I might say a great stay. The location is top-notch, also joining facilities available with a gym and pools that you can't complain about.

I want to come back again if I go to Jakarta, the vibe is really good with a cheap price, it's just a shame there are mosquitoes in the room and there are stains on the pillowcases, but overall it's okay, it's still clean.

Being entirely intranet makes it difficult to contact customer service if you need something, as you have to use the app. When you encounter problems with the app, the response time is long, requiring you to go down to the customer service lobby.

Affordable hotel with complete facilities, kid-friendly. There's an Indomaret downstairs, Cartens Mall, two swimming pools, and two playgrounds. No need to go anywhere else; everything's in one place. Will definitely come back here again!

Lovely property and location, unfortunately service was well below par. They insist you use their AI app for everything and caused more problems than solving them.

Because it's a new hotel, everything is still okay.

They have a heavy mothball scent, which I don’t like.

I will return to the Model J Cartenz if I go to BSD.

The room is quite spacious, clean, the staff is friendly, if you want to go to the mall just go downstairs, it's just a shame this hotel doesn't provide breakfast.

The AC is broken so it's really hot

The room and the hotel atmosphere were actually nice and it was a pleasant stay... There are just a few things to note: perhaps the toilet smelled bad yesterday, making it uncomfortable. The water draining during the shower was also a bit slow. If there weren't any issues like that, our staycation would have been a 10 out of 10. But overall, it was a good time at Model J Hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's just a shame that a 4-star hotel doesn't have a minibar (small refrigerator). Although you can ask for one at the front desk, it takes time to use it. At 7:45, the pool wasn't open for use because it was still being cleaned. I think the pool facilities should have been ready by that time.

The room is clean, and the ambiance is quiet and okay.

Everything was pleasant and impressive. The hotel staff was friendly, the cleanliness was okay, the rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool, gym, and playground facilities were all complete. The only downside was that they didn't provide a full breakfast. There was a light breakfast, but the information by phone said that you only need to download the Betterwood app, valid for 1 app per person. I booked 3 rooms for 6 people, but when I checked in, they said it was no longer valid as of the 13th. Even though I booked on the 10th, they only saw it from check-in 🙃. The room was okay, but unfortunately there was no refrigerator in the room, so it was a bit complicated to store breast milk or baby food, you had to leave it in the lobby. For necessities in the room, only 1 slipper, 1 coffee, 1 sugar, 1 toothbrush were provided, even though the room was supposed to be for 2 people.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable and the swimming pool is also great, in short, I will stay again.

I stayed here for one night while on a work trip and had a very pleasant experience. I booked the Skyline Deluxe room and was happy with the comfort and cleanliness. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for a good night’s rest after a long working day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and met my expectations. Would consider staying again for future trips.

Great hotel that’s inside a mall, so it’s convenient to get food. The hotel is new, so all the facilities are in tip-top shape.

The location is easy to find, the staff is very friendly and check in is easy.
