Spacious room, big bed and spacious for 1 family of 5 people. The bathroom is big but not tidy, there is an AC hose that flows to you but it is not regulated properly so it gives a dirty impression. It looks like an old building, just to rest in peace with the family, this is quite a recommendation.

To be honest I've checked out within 15 minutes after checking in and the time that I spent was just to charge my phone, its totally not meeting the standards of hotel that I've stayed previously. Nothing much to say except to say this is a hotel that cater for family and its a really a low budget hotel,

Bad hotel, dirty lots of cockroaches, the room was not cleaned, only perfume spray, but still musty, we did not stay and book another hotel without any refund. When the pearl hotel complained, there was no intention of cleaning. Only act bl * on and standard room facilities have no air conditioning as stated in the application description. Very bad, please review the application again, the description is good. If there is a good review, I doubt very much, it is a real comment. This hotel is really shabby and very dirty. During a pandemic this hotel should keep it clean. Even though it is close to the Batu city government office. It is unfortunate because the hotel management is very bad. The period in the room there were cockroaches, the clerk was called just saying, sorry. Then just go away ????? What .... What kind of hotel service is that? If you don't believe it, try it and feel it for yourself. 😡
