The deluxe room bed is smaller and there is no kettle/water heater, so it is only enough for 1 night even though it is needed for 3 nights.

The hotel's comfort wasn't what it had been in years past. While this wasn't my first time staying at the Nivia Hotel, this time it was definitely less than comfortable. The receptionist wasn't very friendly this morning, unlike previous times. They should improve their performance; if you're tired, rest instead of making a face.

My experience staying at this hotel was very good, and it was worth the price. However, there were two things that I only gave it a 70. - The breakfast was all carbs, with no other variations, and the porridge also lacked salt. - The toilet smelled and the soap dispenser was hard to press.

There was a slight issue during check-in because I didn't have cash, so I had to go out to find an ATM. Please consider adding payment via QR code or another method to make the deposit process easier. Otherwise, the hotel was quite good. Thank you.

Overall good, only 1 problem, the soap in the bathroom is only filled with water, not soap. When I asked for the soap to be replaced, there was no response. Hopefully in the future the service can be better and everything is checked before the customer enters the room. Thank you.
