We had a very memorable stay at the Novotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a complete gym. The pool area was very comfortable and Instagrammable. The next door room was so annoying, speaking louder and very noisy until midnight without any hesitation and no attention from hotel management. We have to call 3 times to the operator then only taking action by calling to their room. We can't take a bed during sleeping time, so disappointed.

One of the best hotels in Lampung and a regular when I go back to Lampung.. The location is ok, the view is great.. Cleanliness is ok, the staff is friendly like BCA, keep it up 👍🏻. I just feel like the food variety has decreased a bit. The first room I got had a leak in the bathroom, but the staff immediately moved me to a new room even though it was a little smaller and had a different view. Overall it was ok and comfortable. The price should be adjusted to compete with the increasing number of other hotels in Lampung.

This time I stayed at Novotel Lampung,.. disappointing, of all the food that tasted good, only the meatballs, traditional cakes made from rice tasted rancid when I ate them, as did the croissants, I was disappointed because a hotel like Novotel doesn't maintain the quality of the food with the high price charged for breakfast, it's really not worth it, the room doesn't seem to be ready to use either... there's no iron in the room, no pencils, note paper, and the TV hasn't been upgraded to a smart TV. This is Novotel, other hotels that are still 3 stars have upgraded... smart TVs are only available in suites and above, trust me... if there is no improvement in service, then look at Novotel, it will lose out to other hotels that are lower in price but prioritize service, facilities and comfort.

First time staying here and very satisfied with the friendliness of all the staff, it's extraordinary... not to mention the best room view prepared for a double side view so I didn't want to go home hahaa it's a shame I didn't take BF yesterday because my intention was to go culinary in Lampung city... in shaa Allah I will come back to Novotel because my first experience was very memorable❤️ I forgot which room this was in, please give me this room again if I come here heheh on the 7th floor in the corner✨
