Staying at the Novotel Lampung was truly a memorable experience, especially when I stayed in room 8009 with a direct ocean view. Upon entering, the first impression was of utmost cleanliness and tidiness. The room's layout felt spacious and modern, with a blend of elegant design yet comfortable for relaxing. The large windows overlooking the ocean were a major highlight—the expansive ocean vistas, combined with the gradations of sky colors from morning to dusk, were truly calming and imbued with a sense of maximum relaxation. In terms of room amenities, everything felt complete and high-quality. The bed was very comfortable with clean, fragrant linens, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The lighting was also well-controlled, not too bright but just enough to create a warm atmosphere. The bathroom was equally impressive—clean, modern, with stable water pressure and complete and neatly arranged amenities. The most outstanding aspect of this stay was the service from the hotel team. From check-in, the front office staff greeted us with a friendly, prompt, and professional welcome. The entire process went smoothly and without a hitch, and the staff were quick to provide detailed information about the hotel's facilities. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the staff—both housekeeping and other team members—was always warm and helpful. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy with attention to detail, demonstrating high service standards. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very conducive to both staycations and business trips. The public areas are well-maintained, and the hotel's ambiance exudes a sense of serenity and exclusivity. Furthermore, the hotel's strategic location makes access to various destinations in Bandar Lampung easy. Overall, my stay in room 8009 with an ocean view at Novotel Lampung was a very satisfying experience.

We had a very memorable stay at the Novotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a complete gym. The pool area was very comfortable and Instagrammable. A truly memorable staycation experience with my family. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and helpful, and we were very helpful with our heavy luggage. The rooms were clean, the views beautiful, and the soundproofing made for a very comfortable stay. The spacious swimming pool with equally beautiful views made for a long swim. The gym was also very comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious with a wide variety... The best!

Criticism of the restaurant. Procedure for adding breakfast beyond the maximum of two people. Where are the changing rules? On the first day, it was stated that children under 5 were free with no additional charge, and those over 5 had to pay (an additional fee of Rp. 107,500). On the second day, it was stated that it was free for only three people, even if they were still under 5.

We would like to reiterate our breakfast policy: Children under 5 years old receive free breakfast for additional guests not included in the room package. Children aged 5 to 12 years old are charged 107,500 Rupiah per person, which is 50% of the standard breakfast price. Breakfast for adults aged 12 years and older is 215,000 Rupiah per person. We regret that the information provided during your stay was unclear and inconsistent.
