very comfortable and satisfied staying here...we took a 2 bedroom room. the hotel room facilities are very complete. the view is cool. the swimming pool is the best, spacious and the view is good plus the view of the planes passing right above the hotel is even cooler. the check in / out process is fast. free parking. breakfast with a varied menu and all delicious. highly recommended to stay here.

They have a washing machine, cooking utensils, and water dispenser. Ideal for family stays. We have the three-bedroom unit. Excellent choice since we brought 4 children. All six of us slept comfortably well. The facilities such as the indoor and outdoor pool, gym, are good, the well-kept basketball court is a nice surprise. Overall, it's a good experience.

My second stay here within a year. However, it was even more disappointing. I got a unit on the 9th floor, but the AC in the living room couldn't be controlled from the provided remote (the remote was not the same brand as the AC). There were frequent TV connection issues across all 4 units, including repeated loading times, the remote wouldn't connect to the TV, and the remote was broken or the battery cover hook was broken. I'll have to reconsider coming back.

I stayed for two nights in a 3-bedroom. The Wi-Fi quality was so poor that we couldn't access the internet or watch TV, and the network kept dropping. The second night, the water was off from 9 PM to 7 AM, even though I knew the hotel was fully booked that day. We hope to see improvements in the future, especially with regard to essential amenities like water and Wi-Fi.

The pillows smelled of sweat, making sleeping uncomfortable, even after changing the sheets. The hotel was dirty. One day there was no water, so I couldn't shower when I got home late. I called the hotel and had water brought to me in a bucket, and I bathed with a dipper. I showered at 10 p.m. with cold water. The signal was terrible, and the hotel Wi-Fi was the same. There were TVs in every room, but no broadcast.

The hotel is 20 minutes away to Nice. In the evening, it was quite noisy as the hotel is close to big roads where illegal motorcycle races took place during the weekend.

A very bad booking experience. I booked a one-bedroom room with a living room, but upon check-in, the receptionist stated that the room was unavailable. The options were to move to a smaller room (with lunch) or to another hotel 11 km away. It was already 1:30 a.m. and there were elderly guests, so moving to another hotel was not an acceptable option. We requested that the booking details and price be adjusted to reflect the room we were actually staying in, as we couldn't take advantage of the lunch (we already had other plans). However, the management refused and charged us the price for a one-bedroom room with a living room, which was more expensive than the room we were actually staying in. We are Ascott members, and it was surprising that Oakwood, a 5-star hotel, would offer such service. Terrible booking experience. I booked a one-bedroom room with a living room, but when I checked in, the receptionist said the room was unavailable and the options were to downgrade to a smaller room with lunch or a room in another hotel 11 km away. My first experience staying here, I took a family room with 2 rooms, the room was comfortable, clean, breakfast was delicious, even without breakfast you can just cross the street where there are lots of food stalls.
