The advert says it's a room on the beach, but in fact it's a room behind a tree, it feels like you're in the forest 🤣. When Olala complained, they only said 'we only provide rooms for OTAs, not on the beach'. So be more careful in choosing where to stay, guys.

The room has a great view. Every room has a balcony with hammock. The service is nice, the staff are helpful. You can book for snorkeling and dolphin watching from the receptionist.

Overall so good huh. The welcome is quite warm, for lodging in my opinion it is quite good too, the equipment is also quite complete, comfortable, clean and a floor sweep is also provided. But indeed for a shower I can't determine hot and cold, the toilet also doesn't have a flush (but, that's not a big problem for me). The view goes straight to the sea and if you want to go to Rubia Island, you just have to cross it because it's that close. Suitable for those who like peace, really early in the morning I heard the sound of birds chirping. Feels a very natural. But unfortunately the entrance to Olala, Medan a is still rocky. But it's not far, at least 100 meters from the main road. According to the information the road will be repaired soon. But even if not, it is recommended for motorists, especially two-wheelers, to be careful when crossing the stone road. For food, the menu revolves around chicken, fish, shrimp, eggs. It's okay actually, but if possible, the sauces should all be the same. Restaurant service a little slow. For Olala, I have a little suggestion, if possible, in the future, add a service for delivering food to the inn. Especially people like me find it difficult to interact with new people. And another suggestion, if you really can order food via wa, try to have 1 person who handles the cellphone. So he said someone wanted to order, Olala's kitchen immediately knew and was able to cook the order right away. Remembering that Olala provides fresh food. Which is where new food will be made if someone orders it. Thats all, I hope Olala Bungalows And Restaurant Even better in the future. Thank you for everything😇.

Access to the must go up and down stairs. Not suitable for children and the elderly. The room doesn't have a TV. Shower has no hot water. Beautiful ocean view. But there is no beach sand for children to play.

Kelebihannya penginapan di pinggir laut, suasana tenang, ada dermaga kapal ke Pulau Rubiah tempat snorkeling, makanan di resto lumayan enak dan harga terjangkau. Kekurangannya jalanan ke hotel dari jalan utama belum diaspal, masih pakai kerikil. Wastafel depan kamar mandi bocor jadi becek, shower rusak, keluar airnya kencang tapi ke pinggir bukan ke depan, WC ga ada flush nya jadi harus disiram, kipas angin agak kotor.

Luar biasa pelayanannya ramah banget, terus kamarnya oke banget viewnya depan laut. Kalau yang mau snorkling ke Rubiah juga bisa langsung pesan di resepsionis. Sekeluarga happy. Semoga dalam waktu dekat, akses sekitar hotel lebih baik lagi.

The bathroom was really dirty and the water was stagnant, then the door to the room couldn't be locked from the outside, he said there was no padlock and he couldn't change rooms. The photo of the room in the application image is the same as the original, it's different. For the restaurant, there are not many choices of food.

The picture on the website does not match the actual conditions, (order a sea view) but can be on a hill which is still 30m more than the beach. Fortunately, the inn has a solution. Even if you have to add 150 thousand. With a true sea view room (above the beach) thank you Olala. Hopefully in the future online agents can be more thorough in providing information.

Worst accommodation I've ever seen! The entrance to the place is deserted in the forest with no lights nor proper roads, The rooms are even worse, it's just a hut, a literal hut! Which was not designed for aesthetic purposes, it doesn't have proper beds, a bathroom (there's just this big hole on the wall), and even the room fan doesn't have the lid attached! Forget about privacy when you stayed in this place, the hut had holes in the walls that can be peeked and everything looks so fragile that I don't believe it was sound proof and it could break down at any time. Seriously, you could get a better accommodation deal around this place, Beware of the no-refund policy, it's there for a reason.
