The advert says it's a room on the beach, but in fact it's a room behind a tree, it feels like you're in the forest 🤣. When Olala complained, they only said 'we only provide rooms for OTAs, not on the beach'. So be more careful in choosing where to stay, guys.

Comfortable room and good service.

The room has a great view. Every room has a balcony with hammock. The service is nice, the staff are helpful. You can book for snorkeling and dolphin watching from the receptionist.

Kelebihannya penginapan di pinggir laut, suasana tenang, ada dermaga kapal ke Pulau Rubiah tempat snorkeling, makanan di resto lumayan enak dan harga terjangkau. Kekurangannya jalanan ke hotel dari jalan utama belum diaspal, masih pakai kerikil. Wastafel depan kamar mandi bocor jadi becek, shower rusak, keluar airnya kencang tapi ke pinggir bukan ke depan, WC ga ada flush nya jadi harus disiram, kipas angin agak kotor.

Jangan menginap di sini. Mati lampu ga ada solusi. Dibiarkan sampai pagi dengan gelap gelapan. Sepatu saya hilang dibiarkan. Pegawainya galak ga ada sopannya. Pada saat saya minta solusi, dia ngomong saya sangat terganggu. Intinya jangan ke sini ya gengs.

Luar biasa pelayanannya ramah banget, terus kamarnya oke banget viewnya depan laut. Kalau yang mau snorkling ke Rubiah juga bisa langsung pesan di resepsionis. Sekeluarga happy. Semoga dalam waktu dekat, akses sekitar hotel lebih baik lagi.

The bathroom was really dirty and the water was stagnant, then the door to the room couldn't be locked from the outside, he said there was no padlock and he couldn't change rooms. The photo of the room in the application image is the same as the original, it's different. For the restaurant, there are not many choices of food.

The picture on the website does not match the actual conditions, (order a sea view) but can be on a hill which is still 30m more than the beach. Fortunately, the inn has a solution. Even if you have to add 150 thousand. With a true sea view room (above the beach) thank you Olala. Hopefully in the future online agents can be more thorough in providing information.

Worst accommodation I've ever seen! The entrance to the place is deserted in the forest with no lights nor proper roads, The rooms are even worse, it's just a hut, a literal hut! Which was not designed for aesthetic purposes, it doesn't have proper beds, a bathroom (there's just this big hole on the wall), and even the room fan doesn't have the lid attached! Forget about privacy when you stayed in this place, the hut had holes in the walls that can be peeked and everything looks so fragile that I don't believe it was sound proof and it could break down at any time. Seriously, you could get a better accommodation deal around this place, Beware of the no-refund policy, it's there for a reason.
