There was nothing missing other than the AC not being cold, but I couldn't bring myself to complain because I thought it was only one night and check-in was already at 2 am, before leaving for the airport in the morning... it was only for a short transit...

Before deciding to stay at this hotel, I read reviews including about the receptionist's bad attitude and I also experienced myself that the receptionist was unfriendly and unresponsive. When checking in, there was minimal talk/minimal information and when checking out, the receptionist was not there and turned out to be praying in the bar restaurant next to the reception room which was separated by a glass wall. I thought I would just wait until I finished praying but it turned out I had to wait until the receptionist finished dressing casually and she knew that she was being waited for but just ignored it. Luckily, the security guard immediately helped. The facilities and comfort are quite satisfying in this hotel, only please develop the receptionist well. Thank you

The corridor lights to the restaurant have not been on for days. Every time after sahur, you have to feel where the elevator buttons are. How can a hotel not change the lights? The elevator buttons on the 3rd floor are not working.

Strategic location. Near Wong Solo Restaurant. The rooms are clean and nice. But the room was a bit hot even after we set the air-condition to minimum temperature. Perhaps it is because the wall is facing the sun. The shades cannot block the sun entirely. You have to climb several steps before reaching the lift. Not suitable for elderly with wheelchairs. Breakfast was moderate. Not much of a choice.

The balcony door couldn't be locked (I reported it to the front desk and the officer came to check and he said the room was safe, sir, so don't worry about your things getting lost. For me, this was related to safety and security, even though I told them to fix it the next day and it didn't someone came to fix the door until I got home. I stayed there 4 days and 3 nights. The ceiling near the closet had cobwebs, the shower divider was dirty, the toilet had never been brushed or had never been cleaned, the sheets had lots of stains from previous guests, the towels I was given one that was torn and not suitable for use. This was my bad experience while staying at a hotel which was actually a 3 star hotel. Lack of service. So to the management, please improve the service. Sorry if I review your hotel as it is.
