Because I stayed here 2 nights, the first night we ordered 3 double deluxe rooms, it turned out that only 2 double deluxe and twin deluxe were available, that's okay, the next day we extended at the same place, and already made a reservation regarding double deluxe 3 rooms room and asked for the 2nd floor so that it wasn't too high up the stairs, and in fact when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel gave a description of the rooms available only 2 double deluxe and 1 standard deluxe. Very disappointing the management of this hotel.

The service is not good when sleeping, the door of the room is like being banged on * an during the day there is a very noisy handyman for the place, it&#39;s okay but the service is very lacking and there is no attitude, instead hotel guests are ignored by both the receptionist and security guard.
