Friendly, comfortable, lots of rooms but don't stay overnight just to wait for departure.

1. The door cannot be closed from the front. 2. Shower has no head, only a hose. 3. No toiletries and towels. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Hot air conditioner, no towels, dirty, very very bad service.

The rooms are not clean, bar soap and used, no drinking water.

Got a room that didn't have any facilities, no soap towels or anything else. Even in the room, it's like the room hasn't been taken care of, the mirror is broken, the cupboard is really bad, the air conditioner is also abysmally. I swear not much.

Sama sekali tidak rekomendasi bagi teman-teman yang mau beraktivitas pagi. Saat pagi hari air tidak ada, jadi padahal urusan penting pagi ini terpaksa telat karena nyari tempat mandi di masjid. Padahal pagi ini ada acara bimtek dari Kemenkop, tapi karena pelayanan hotel sangat buruk jadi terpaksa ga mandi, dan cari tempat mandi di luar. Pihak hotel juga saat di tanya, jawab nya "kagek kokonyo lum datang" lah itu bukan solusi. Ya udahlah, langsung cek out pagi itu juga, untung ada air mineral jadi bisa buat cuci muka. Parah si menurut aku.

If you stay here, booking online will be dijutekin, not given towels, not given minerals. Not really the manager, if you don't want to get guests from online, don't include it in online sales. It's so complicated to collect deposit money like collecting debt, even though I've left my ID card.

First, the towels are really small like hair towels, the second bathroom is narrow, the third the air conditioner can't be swung noisy anymore, the fourth night at 12 the staff talk screaming until we wake up hmm. Just 1 time.
