Dari review-review yang kami baca, banyak keluhan terhadap fungsi AC yang tidak dingin (AC tidak berfungsi). Dari beberapa review tersebut, saya berasumsi bahwa karena banyak keluhan masalah fungsi AC yang tidak dingin (tidak berfungsi), barang kali oleh pihak penginapan sudah dilakukan perbaikan. Sehingga kami tetap memilih pesan di penginapan ini. Pertimbangan utama adalah lokasi yang di dalam kota dan harga terjangkau. Namun ketika kami check in, kamar yang kami dapatkan, AC nya tidak dingin (AC outdoor nya tidak berfungsi) dan kami minta ganti pindah kamar. Mulanya pihak penginapan tidak bersedia memberikan kamar pengganti. Dengan berdebat yang agak panjang, akhirnya kami mendapatkan kamar pengganti. Alhamdulillah, kamar pengganti AC nya berfungsi normal. Dari beberapa keluhan terhadap fungsi AC, ternyata tidak direspon dengan baik oleh management penginapan. Sebenarnya sangat disayangkan. Hanya karena fungsi AC yang sebenarnya bisa segera diperbaiki, ternyata tidak direspon dengan baik. Akibatnya membuat customer kecewa. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan pelayanan dari Pegawai Layanan depan (yang mirip dengan Customer Service) yang kurang ramah dan tidak bersahabat (baca: jutek), sehingga menimbulkan stereotipe yang kurang bagus terhadap pelayanan penginapan secara keseluruhan. Kelebihan penginapan ini adalah lokasi di dalam kota, harga terjangkau dan bersih. Saran kami bagi owner dan management penginapan, untuk diperhatikan pegawai layanan bagian depan. Kalau ada waktu, owner atau management penginapan bisa melakukan coaching terhadap para pegawai layanan depan. Lebih bagus lagi, bisa diikutkan dalam pelatihan (trainning) service excellent (sebagai salah satu investasi bagi human capital). Mohon maaf apabila ada review kami yang kurang berkenan. Terima kasih.

Spacious rooms, affordable prices. The only minus is the AC blower in front of the bathroom, it gets hot and sometimes the AC isn't cold enough even though the door is closed, and there are also lots of ants. But overall comfortable 👍🏻.

Ruko yang dijadikan penginapan, kamar pengap, tidak ada jendela, blower AC diletakkan di depan kamar mandi sehigga panas dan pengap, AC tidak dingin, channel tv suka error, pesan 2 kamar u 3 hari tidak pernah dibersihkan dan tidak diganti amenitis dan mineral water. Pesan untuk 3 hari ingin membatalkan sehari hub traveloka minta acc dari oyo, resepsionis oyo bilang bisa namun minta acc dari traveloka. Dipimpong-dipimpong terus ujung ujungnya tidak bisa. Kecewa.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is right, the KM shower is okay, the reception service is okay, only the water in the KM is a bit slow to flow, so it's a bit disturbed. Overall OK, next time it's okay to staycation here. It's a shame because the activities are a bit messy, so I didn't have time to take photos.
