Saya dapat lantai 5 dengan kondisi kamar yang memprihatinkan untuk bisa disebut hotel. Lokasi tidak ada plang nama hotel.

Hallo teman teman, jangan mau tertipu dengan harga, ini itu bukan OYO seperti OYO yang memang hotel transit, ini itu kosan. Dan mereka only avalaible room di lantai 4. Dimana tangganya tinggi dan keadaan room tidak layak, beda dengan foto. Kamarnya bau, depan kamarnya bau, saya hanya liat saja dan ibu saya tidak mau stay di karenakan ibu saya sedang sakit. Dan tangganya tinggi dan room hanya di lantai 4. Sangat tidak rekomen. Jangan tertipu dengan harga murah. Ini masuk gang sempit kumuh. Saya minta refund tapi tidak dapat di refund. Customer service pun tidak helpful. Ini sama saja penipuan dengan pasang room rates murah.

It's suitable for transit, staying 3-6 hours, the price is also cheap, the service is also friendly, the air conditioner is also very cold.

Service at the beginning was not friendly. The water is not smooth, the rooms are not clean, and not comfortable for a person 🚺. Plus the AC is ok.

It's ugly, it's hard to explain. The service is very unfriendly, the rooms are very dirty, cleanliness is not maintained at all and the worst thing is that I am charged an additional 60 thousand from the booking price in the application.
