Good hotel view. Can see the sea. It's just that cleanliness is poorly maintained, the wardrobe is full of dust. Please improve cleanliness. Then more attention for customers who have booked, the room should be kept. Prioritize customer service. For employees, friendliness and how to interact with customers is lacking. Please increase it. Because honey. Your hotel is good, hopefully it's useful.

Before we booked, we read the reviews about this accommodation and could not understand the complains about the stairs. Just a couple of steps from the reception area and you reach the villa area already. The room is spacious. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs more attention though. We love the pool and the view to the beach. I understood that the villa is understaffed, that is why you have to order your breakfast and they will prepare it for you. The portion however can be increased. They could for instance ask the guests how many pancakes they want to have. All in all, we were satisfied. The staffs are very friendly. Ms. Ani even bought us the local Balinese snacks on our last day, she is very sweet :)

The hospitality of its staff is quite helpful for us in exploring Lembongan and Nusa Penida and snorkeling spots. The food is also relatively safe and fresh and the room is quite spacious for us to rest plus a clean and affordable swimming pool 👍🏻

Receptionist does not exist. The afternoon flame but salty water was great. Morning water is not on, so can not bathe and can not defecate. The tv remote was out of order. The ac is not cold. The beds are dirty. The bath soap is not in love. Mineral water is not available. Cleaning service enter the room is not in ketok directly open the door. Hot water cookers can not be used. The pool is dirty. Feel the loss to pay with facilities like this

I arrived at this hotel. It was far from what I think, is far from the luxury resort. On the first day I've moved to another hotel. The location of this hotel is to be reached and reseption is also not good. But unfortunately we are not in the money refund.
