Very impressed with this hotel, not a new hotel but the cleanliness is maintained, the check in process was very fast even though it was Christmas and New Year holidays. The breakfast menu is extensive, beyond my expectations, there is even ice cream, the kids are happy, and what is very thumbs up, the staff at the restaurant are very responsive in refilling food (all the food that looks like it is about to run out) even though breakfast time is only 1 hour away.. Amazing, the restaurant is not stingy.. and the restaurant staff are very quick to clean the table, so the restaurant is clean again. It is very pleasant to stay here 👍🏻

Hotel staff during check-in on August 16, 2026, really needs training. The hotel, even though it's full and understaffed, doesn't deserve to inform customers. Arrival at 3 pm after the estimated time should have been immediately checked into the room, but it didn't meet expectations, the room wasn't ready with the excuse that it was fully booked yesterday but it wasn't ready. That's not a good excuse for a hotel, in quotation marks, the lack of people to clean the room was informed to the customer without any apology. After check-in at almost 5 pm, the reservation was for two rooms. The first room was okay. The second room had a leaking AC. The technician was okay, very good, responsive, and immediately repaired it. And suggested changing rooms because even though it had been repaired, it still leaked. Very good initiative. The breakfast was very good, with a complete menu. Please train the check-in and check-out staff.

The male staff at the front desk were very friendly, but I don't know about the female staff. When I called to ask about an ashtray, he said it would be delivered, but it never arrived until check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
