Good, only when breakfast my wife was suspicious even though I ordered a hotel room plus breakfast even though the room number was mentioned, there was still no information listed from the officer.

The swimming pool should have a fence for both children and adults. During my stay, I witnessed a child drowning, and thankfully, they were rescued.

No air conditioner. No fan. No fridge. Faulty light switch, no hot water at first, then no water in the morning. Breakfast was awful. Just fried rice, vegetables and noodles. Luckily had good omelette. Coffee was traditional and awful. There was a low concrete beam above the stairs. I am only 170cm tall, but hit my head on the beam when walking down, watching the steps.

Overprice compare with services. Very limited option for meals (2), cats everywhere in restaurants area, no hot water at all. Plus point only good view.

Access may not be directly close to the lake, but the view offered is extraordinary, the cleanliness of the room is very good, spacious and also comfortable. The atmosphere is like having a Balinese nuance, although the food is standard but the variety is very much. The next best is the hotel manager Mr. Budi who is kind enough to provide and serve very friendly, outstanding!
