Worth it!!! The staycation here was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, fragrant, and tidy. There's a private pool, too! The location is strategic, and there's a restaurant too. The restaurant is great at night, with views of Semarang.

When I went to Semarang for a campus survey, I deliberately chose the Patra Semarang hotel and booked a 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. Wow, the kids were so happy. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and there is an area for jogging in the morning. Next we'll be back again.

- The hotel is currently under renovation, so I couldn't expect much from the facilities and comfort. Unfortunately, during my stay from November 20-22, there was an event in the hall (a Ministry of Youth and Sports event), which was quite disruptive. Many people were smoking at the front entrance. - The hotel entrance felt like a public transportation terminal. Security wasn't always on standby at the entrance; if you needed a buggy, you had to inform the lobby first (the distance from the entrance to the lobby is quite a distance). - The room was overall clean and comfortable. - The reception staff lacked agility and initiative (how could a guest push a hotel trolley and just be watched?) - The restaurant staff lacked agility and initiative in refilling food, glasses, and drinks. They had to be reprimanded before taking action. Sorry, I'll stay here again when the renovations are complete. Thanks, Patra Semarang

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the cleaning could be improved a bit. The bedsheet had some stains, so I wasn’t sure if it had been freshly washed. One of the sugar packets was already opened, and the glass still had some marks on it. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the room cleanliness could use a bit more attention to detail.

The friendliness, service, and breakfast are top-notch, but what's really unfortunate is that the noise from the renovations is really disturbing. Please also pay attention when giving a room, don't let it be next to a room that's being renovated.
