Overall, my stay was great!
The staff were friendly, and the surroundings were top-notch. I would love to go back again if I have the opportunity.
The only downside for me personally was the food. Unfortunately, the hummus I ordered through in-room dining was spoiled. During breakfast, the corner with condiments (or specific items) was empty, and staff only refilled it after guests mentioned it, even though it was just 8:30 a.m.
I hope there will be improvements in this area, as everything else was truly enjoyable.

I love the lobby atmosphere.
It's a shame the room isn't soundproof, so I was disturbed when I tried to sleep.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean.
The hotel is kid-friendly.
There are lots of kids' activities.
Animal feeding, horse riding, mini golf, mini soccer.
There's a mini zoo and outdoor and indoor playgrounds.
The ambiance is nice, and the views are good.
The only downside is that there's one TV, not a smart TV.
So it's a bit boring for those who usually watch TV on YouTube.

One of the hotels with the most complete family facilities, and we really enjoyed spending time together at Pesona Alam. The air was cool, the rooms were clean, with complete amenities, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay here and I highly recommend it to my friends. I stayed in a Superior room without breakfast. Hopefully, we can vacation there again next time and try the menu at the restaurant.

The hotel facilities are complete, there is a free EV charger available when checking in at this Pesona Alam hotel and ample parking, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful, it is recommended to stay overnight at this hotel, it is also friendly for those bringing toddlers.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean.
The hotel is kid-friendly.
There are lots of kids' activities.
Animal feeding, horse riding, mini golf, mini soccer.
There's a mini zoo and outdoor and indoor playgrounds.
The ambiance is nice, and the views are good.
The only downside is that there's one TV, not a smart TV.
So it's a bit boring for those who usually watch TV on YouTube.

It's so cool that you don't need the AC. It feels like you're at the top of the mountain 20 years ago. But I think the room needs a wifi booster because it doesn't reach the room.

Overall, it's really good, it's really clean, which is what we like best. The only problem is that the dish soap is very runny. Don't add too much water.

One of the hotels with the most complete family facilities, and we really enjoyed spending time together at Pesona Alam. The air was cool, the rooms were clean, with complete amenities, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay here and I highly recommend it to my friends. I stayed in a Superior room without breakfast. Hopefully, we can vacation there again next time and try the menu at the restaurant.
