The staff is very helpful, friendly ❤️ It's just a shame that for a hotel with a price of 1 million (after tax and services), the room was very noisy, from the afternoon when I checked in until the morning when I wanted to check out:( especially because I have a baby. I kept waking up at night because the upstairs was so noisy :( then the second: the problem with the hot water pool for kids, the machine is still broken (recommended to go to botanica) it's a bit far from the room :( , and lastly, the refillable drinking water at the gym was empty or not refilled yet, I don't really know. That's all, other than that it's really okay, there are lots of facilities, the baby can explore many places :)

The atmosphere is cool, the distance to Taman Safari is very close, just a little slip, and if you want an alternative route, the exit is right next to Pesona Alam 😭. The staff service is good, if you stay in a villa, you can ask to be taken to the hotel pool to warm the water. The villa is no wonder, it's beautiful, and the atmosphere is also the best.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is also delicious, especially if you take the room package with breakfast and BBQ 👍👍

It's truly a place that makes my kids never want to leave. It's so much fun, having access to Botanica too. It's the best!

what a great place for family to stay, it will be better if the mini zoo is for free, or if want to pay give more varieties of animal, but the staff all are very helpful and kind, we love to come again

Friendly staff, comfortable room. When I first checked the room, I found out the toilet bidet was broken. I immediately informed the hotel staff and they quickly replaced it. Good job 👍

Close to the safari park and good facilities. Suggestion: The swimming pool could be warmer.
