My first stay here was a 2-bedroom superior villa. The room was very spacious and clean, very pleasant, and the service was excellent. The hotel staff were also friendly. There were no issues or problems with the room during my stay. I will definitely come back next time I go to Puncak and won't have to search or be confused about where to stay anymore🫶🏻

My family (my husband, my children, and I) stayed at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa last week and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, the atmosphere is cool and beautiful, perfect for a family vacation looking to refresh from the hustle and bustle of the city. The children also really enjoyed the outdoor area and natural scenery. The room we stayed in was clean, quite spacious, and comfortable for a family. The facilities are also complete and well-maintained. The food is also quite varied and delicious. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel more comfortable. Perhaps in the future, the speed of check-in during peak hours could be improved, but overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you for your stay, hopefully we can come back here again with our family 😊

Just a suggestion... it's a good idea to double-check the villa before moving in. Yesterday, the gas stove was off, the air conditioner was empty, and the water dispenser wasn't on standby. Otherwise, everything was fine. The location was comfortable and quiet. The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was humble and smiling. I'll stay there again next time. Thank you, Pesona Alam.

The staff was incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. The view was breathtaking, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The breakfast selection was also very varied. Thank you 🫶🏼

Everything was good, unfortunately, many of the facilities couldn't be tried, the hot water in the children's pool and flying fox were reportedly under maintenance and some of the children's facilities were apparently paid.

The service during breakfast was really great, my child broke a plate, they immediately came and cleaned it up, helped me get the food back, the staff were very responsive.

Good food. Good cleanliness. Nice front desk staff. The view was less than satisfactory, obscured by the mountain view from trees. The parking area has a large sign pointing to the lobby, so I didn't see anyone checking in late at night.

Everything from the hotel environment, service, hotel area, food, and facilities makes you happy and kids friendly, also suitable for families.

The best room with a mountain view, yes. Although the price is different from the rooms without a view, it's very worth it. The only disappointment was that the pool was very small. Other guests also said they weren't expecting much from the pool. I even asked the staff if that was the only pool, and it was. It's a shame... with such a large hotel, the pool is so small. Imagine not being able to swim when it's crowded.

This is a really kid-friendly hotel!! It's so much fun for the kids. I only intended to stay one night, but because my kids loved it and it was comfortable, I ended up extending for another night. Hehe, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly, and there was face painting for the kids. Ahh, it was so much fun staying here.

The front office staff (reception and security) are friendly and helpful, and early check-in is free. Kids' activities are complete, some of which require a fee. The restaurant could use improvements in terms of taste, variety, and service.

First time staying at Pesona Alam, because last year it was at the Botanical Sanctuary, the next door neighbor😁 Overall it was good, but check in was a bit slow and only got into the room at 15.15, the swimming pool is not too big, breakfast is good, kids friendly.
