Very comfortable accommodation at an affordable price in the center of Jakarta, the rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are clean, there is someone cleaning every day, so every time you come home after traveling, the room is neat and clean as before 👏🏼

The staff was very friendly. We checked in quite late, around 8:45 PM, as we had just arrived in Jakarta after a trip from Semarang. The room was very spacious, with very large windows, allowing for a more unobstructed view of the tall buildings. There was a double-door refrigerator and plenty of hangers in the closet. The bathroom was very clean. Overall, I was satisfied and happy. :)

The place is really nice, the AC is cool, the air smells good, and the staff are friendly. You can WhatsApp the admin to check out, and the Wi-Fi is super fast. Perfect for remote work.

There needs to be an AC/air cooler at the reception, and additional comfortable seating/sofa by adjusting the available room size. Luggage storage should be made a special room and have a receipt for luggage storage to anticipate lost/exchanged items. The accommodation atmosphere is hot, if the AC is expensive at least increase the number of fans/air coolers to make guests comfortable who stay and need to be made fresh on each floor. The AC in the room needs regular service considering Jakarta is quite hot. It would be better to provide at least 3 hangers in the closet without having to ask the receptionist. The room price is in accordance with the minimal room facilities. There needs to be a cafe to sit and relax, at least for coffee/other drinks. Hopefully Plaza 54 will improve its facilities and services.

The bathroom was a problem, the water is black, and also the drain does not properly wash out the water, so when I had a shower, water would be everywhere outside the shower room.

I always love staying here because the rooms are so comfortable and clean. It's just a shame the hotel doesn't provide any curfew information. I went out yesterday and didn't return until 1:30 a.m., only to find the gate to the inn locked. Luckily, I ran into a ketoprak vendor. 😭
