A representative star-rated hotel for a stay in Semarang. It's close to malls, restaurants, the city center, and more. The service is satisfactory, and the staff are friendly. However, my room, Room 808, seemed to have lost its soundproofing, so I could hear the noise from outside machinery coming into the room, making it uncomfortable. I booked another room, and it was safe, perhaps just that room.

Can’t check in on time because they said they needed to check the room. Asking for late check-out when checking in, it was approved for that day. But when the day came, they refused the request. And they insisted that we must leave the hotel right away.

Overall, it's comfortable, the food is delicious, and it's directly connected to Paragon Mall. The only downside is that the smoking area is by the pool.

My family and I have often stayed here on vacations to Semarang and the surrounding area. The bedrooms, etc., are very neat and clean. The breakfast menu is quite varied, with the only downside being the lack of ice cream. Overall, this hotel is good, and I hope it continues to be maintained in the future.
