Probably the worst 5-star hotel I've ever visited. It's simply not worthy of being called a 5-star hotel.
I'll share my negative and positive experiences during my stay here.
NEGATIVE
1. The TV was completely inadequate and not a smart TV. There were few channels, and the broadcast quality was blurry, like it was from the 2000s.
2. The bathroom shower was rusty, and the handle was loose. What's worse? After a bowel movement, the water clogged and wouldn't flush, requiring engineering.
3. The room wasn't cleaned even though a sign asking for cleaning had been placed. I had to call the receptionist to explain why it wasn't cleaned, and the response was truly embarrassing. They said it was probably during cleaning hours when they saw my room was red (not asking for cleaning). It was true that at that time, my room was red, but after I left the room, I gave the green sign until 10 pm and I returned to the hotel, and it still hadn't been cleaned. Embarrassing.
4. I was amazed when I went up to the 7th floor for breakfast because the place was so large, but the food selection was truly embarrassing. I stayed for 4 nights, and the last two days I chose not to have breakfast because not only was it full, but there was a waiting list due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, and the variety of food also made me not feel in the mood to eat.
5. I can't stand the cold, and without turning on the AC in my room, the room was already very cold. I was surprised why the hallway had such a cold AC that it could penetrate into the cold room. I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay because I was cold every night.
POSITIVES
1. Location next to Paragon Mall
2. Comfortable bed for a good night's rest
3. 24-hour gym, unlike other hotels that have set operating hours.
