for the Hotel Parking attendant at the Hotel.. SOP hotel guests cannot book or reserve parking locations! but yesterday anyone was able to book and reserve for parking??? I often stay and always follow the hotel SOP. If there is an SOP, I hope the treatment is the same. Thx

This is my first time staying at this hotel, the service is friendly and good, but for the room, I'm sorry it smells of urine and there are rats, it's very disappointing. I hope the cleanliness can be improved because the room is very dirty and for the food it's just so-so with the price already above 500 thousand, I think it's unreasonable for breakfast to be like that... That's all my input
