The place was quiet & cozy, good, and clean. They have a nice covid protocol and great time. The front office also doing their job wonderfully good, Miss Salsa (I think that is her name) especially. Overall, a good experience

The hotel is totally supreme. All hotel staff were so great. I requested a bathmat and Mr Widi delivered to me less than 3 minutes. FO staff especially Mr Fahri,Mr Anam,Mss Yuli and Mss Yeni were helpfull. They helped me during my visit in Jakarta and also FO staff gave me near elevator room in the high floor. Supreme staff!

Friendly staff during check-in, clean room, AC runs well. Only at first usage of water in bathroom, a bad smell came out, but after usage the bad smell disappeared. All is OK. Thank you! Will come back on my next visit:).
