2x checking in this hotel has been problematic, first I was already in my room to rest but suddenly a hotel visitor I didn't know entered my room, it turned out that the visitor had the same card access as my room. Second, the entrance to my room had problems 4x so I had to go up and down to the FO. I was given a replacement room but the room was being renovated, finally I was given another room, in this replacement room the AC was not cold I wanted to complain again but I was too tired.
