Budget hotel with nice view. They gave me the room I requested, top floor with sea view. Wifi just so so. Dislike the bathroom thou. Location very good. Near to mall and eatery places. Would I stay there again? Probably. Super friendly staff.

This hotel is in good location. the service is also good, even though they need more staff. took a long time to check out The room (901) was so noisy. there were some air conditioner machine behind the room. it sounded more noisy in the night.. the shower need to be fixed.

While I am in the Hotel AC not good, and I am move to another room and the AC still same, can't sleep weel and the food is not delicious, when I have breakfast in friday food empty. Unsatisfying with this Hotel.

We booked the hotel just 1 hour before we arrived. The room was clean but too small. The toilet also very small and a bit difficult to move. Breakfast was scary. They only provide nasi uduk with fried chicken and orek tempe that almost empty when I arrived at the resto.

Hey this is unacceptable, I booked 2 rooms in POP Hotel Tanjung Karang but accepting a bunch of issue causing by the improper facility and service since the beginning. Here is list of issues I experienced: 1. I put remark on the order to prefer having double beds but the receptionist said only have one double room - but just a while she mentioned that we need to give deposit for the key. No confirmation that which room we will have. Good we have 2 double rooms (means she didn’t check the room properly). 2. Room 9.21: - AC not working well - not cold - Waiting for tech guy to check for around 1 hour - Asked the receptionist to inform me if tech has checked but no confirmation at all - Coming back to hotel but AC still not working - Receptionist ask to wait - Waiting again for another hour - Impolite front liner - Slow response Tech guy - Also experienced the key being reset without any info. 3. Room 9.19 - Spilled AC - toilet not working well - Also wait for a long time

I stayed in the 9th floor, and the music in the hallway kept playing until 10/11 PM, I forgot. It’s loud. Should be turned off at 8 PM. Hope this message delivered.
